This project comprised of the construction of a new modern office space situated on an open mezzanine floor above a major call centre housing over 600 desks. Being an active call centre, we worked closely with our facilities management team and phased construction in a way to minimise disruption; our team worked around the clock, with the noisiest work being carried out during the night. We completed the job without a single complaint! We love the design of the new communal space and the feedback from staff was amazing.
